Story
Nice to meet you - Lena Barzilay.
My professional journey started when I was a little girl in Ukraine, and now and then, I have escaped to the bookshelf.
The deep dive into the new world, the unfolding stories - it was and still is fascinating to me.
The imaginative and free spirit of me couldn't dream of a better place to be when I grow up - to create stories myself. To work with the most creative people - writers, directors, animators.
And here I am now, I've managed to complete Cinema studies in college,
and since then, gained experience at several notable companies:

as a post-production manager at MIALMA (commercials production group)

as a creative video producer and project manager at Studio Insight (a creative video production studio)

As a post-producer for a fantastic and huge-scale documentary series for Showtime by Oscar-nominated director Dror Moreh and his producer Sol Goodman.
I have many years of planning, managing, communicating, and budgeting creative video storytelling.
I am eager to see what's next.

how we do it
Development
The first one is the spark stage. At that stage, we learn and research your story, from which the idea that suits you will grow into a visual story. The one that reflects your values puts a bright light on your branding and, no less important than that, will excite your customers and lead to the desired engagement.
Production
Cracking the idea through writing, creative thinking, building a shooting plan according to the budget, and recruiting the winning team.
At this stage, without compromise, we are implementing the plans from the first one.
Post Production
Editing and adding VFX, animation, and graphic packaging - our work is nearing its end.
We fix, invade, and correct. We will only stop once you are satisfied with a final video, reflecting your vision and recruiting viewers to your goal.
